Terms of use

Last updated October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use the RideshareIQ app or this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What RideshareIQ is

RideshareIQ helps rideshare drivers track shifts, rides, miles and costs, and estimate what their driving earns. It is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Uber, Lyft or any other rideshare company. Their names are used only to describe which earnings you can record.

Drive safely

Never let the app distract you from driving. Set things up before you drive, use voice commands or the floating button only when it is safe, and obey all traffic laws. You are always responsible for how you drive and which rides you accept.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RideshareIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost earnings, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.
